Ingredients
- All purpose flour/Maida-1cup
- Baking powder-1 tspn
- Baking soda-1 tspn
- Cocoa powder-4 tbspn
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Oil-1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar-3/4 to 1
     cup
- Lemon juice -1/2 tspn
- Dark Chocolate chips -
     1/4 cup
- Butter-1 tbspn
Method
- Sieve together the all
     purpose flour,cocoa
     powder,baking powder,baking soda and powdered sugar into a bowl . Fold in with a
     spatula until combined.
- Add milk and oil into
     the above powder mix and blend well until the mixture is smooth without
     any lumps.
- Add the lemon juice to
     above and whisk thoroughly.
- Place dark chocolate
     and butter in another bowl and melt in a microwave oven for a minute.
     Whisk well till well blended. Add powdered sugar if needed to the
     chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Preheat the oven at
     180° C 
- Pour  3 tbspns of cake
     mixture into  individual silicon muffin moulds ,then pour some
     chocolate-butter mix,finally cover it up with another 3 tbspns of cake mix.
- Bake in the preheated
     oven for 7-10minutes 
Now you can experience
the real choco volcano at home :P
